1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes a seasonal Designer's Choice arrangement for delivery or pickup on your selected weekly, every-two-weeks, or monthly schedule. Flowers, colors, and containers vary. The artwork is illustrative. 2. Payments: Your first payment is processed when you sign up. Future payments are charged automatically 5 days before each scheduled delivery or pickup. Prices are per arrangement; applicable tax and delivery charges are additional. Your subscription continues until canceled. 3. Modifications: To change, pause, or skip an upcoming order, call Country Florist at 607-687-1950 before its payment is scheduled to process. 4. Cancellations: Cancel by calling 607-687-1950. Contact us before the payment scheduled 5 days before your next delivery or pickup to avoid that charge. 5. Delivery: We fulfill orders according to your selected schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your arrangement, contact us immediately so we can help.
